Management Overview
The CCS management team is comprised of seasoned, knowledgeable professionals, each with unique and substantial experience in the industry—a total of more than 120 years of experience. Read more about each member of the team below.
James J. Eccleston, President and CEO: In June of 2005, Jim joined CCS as Chief Executive Officer with equity partner options. With over 18 years of experience in the accounts receivable management industry, he has previously held senior management positions with NCO Group, the nation’s largest receivables management company. Jim offers extensive knowledge on strategic growth strategies, technology, and account treatment strategies, along with a strong network of professional contacts within the industry.
Jerry Eccleston, COO: Jerry joined CCS as Executive Vice President of Business Development in 2004 and now serves as Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 8 years of industry experience to his role of building long-term business partnerships. During our nearly 200% growth spurt since 2004, Jerry has identified and met the expectations of partners by managing the project implementation process while putting in place sound portfolio management strategies for each partner.
Barb Pyfer, CFO: In September, 2004, Barb began working on behalf of CCS on a contractual basis. As of January, 2006, she became a member of the management staff as Vice President, Finance, and soon accepted the role of CFO when called upon. Barb brings with her 19 years of experience in the collection industry, having held senior management positions at Penncro Associates and Federal Bond and Collection Service.
Wade Kapsak, Vice President Business Development: Wade joined the CCS team in June 2007. With over 16 years in the Accounts Receivable Management industry, including 8 years with NCO Group. Wade has built a strong reputation of working hand in hand with partners to identify and design need-based solutions for clients in multiple vertical marketplaces.
Paul Whitson, Executive Vice President: Paul joined CCS when the company was founded in 1987. He was and continues to be instrumental in the growth of the Jacksonville call center. Paul has held various positions during his tenure with CCS, including partner and operations manager. In July 2003 he was named senior vice president of operations, and, in 2008, was named executive vice president.
Alan Drain, Controller: Alan joined CCS in 2007 after several years with a national marketing organization, where he held numerous positions. His understanding of operations, P&L management, cash applications, and IT management provides a valuable contribution to CCS. Along with 23 years of proven experience, he brings leadership, vision, fairness, and consistency to CCS.
Bill Radford, CIO: Bill came to CCS in October 2008. He brings over sixteen years of management experience in highly technical environments. Bill has had key roles in management and ownership in six ISP companies and five CLEC's. He holds a CCNA and MSCE certification and a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management.
